Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Plumors Merch, a sole proprietorship owned by Blake Cañas ("Plumors Merch," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit plumorsmerch.com or contact us. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it to us. This includes:

• Information you send when you email, call, or text us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
• Artwork and order details you send us so we can quote and print your job, including logos, print files, garment choices, quantities, and delivery information.
• Everything you enter into the order form on our site, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, garment and quantity details, and any design files you upload.

Our order form is provided by a third party, LeadConnector, a HighLevel service. What you enter there is processed under that provider's privacy practices in addition to ours before it reaches us.

Apart from that form, the site collects nothing. There are no accounts, and the box that asks for your email simply opens a message in your own email program, which reaches us only if you send it yourself.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

• Prepare your quote and answer your questions.
• Produce, print, and deliver your order.
• Keep records of past runs so we can reprint a design you order again.
• Hold your enquiry and order history in our customer records so we can pick up where we left off.

We share what you give us only with the providers who need it to run the business or fill your order, such as LeadConnector, which hosts our order form and customer records, our blank supplier, and the carrier that delivers your boxes, and only as needed to deliver what you requested.

We never sell your personal information for money. If you allow the advertising cookies described in the next section, what those tags collect may count as sharing for cross context behavioral advertising under California law. Rejecting them stops it, and you can change your answer at any time.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We measure how the site is used with Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Both are cookieless. They record aggregate information such as page views, the referring site, approximate country, and device type. They do not use cookies, do not follow you across other websites, and do not build a profile of you. These run for everyone.

We also use Google Analytics, which does use cookies and does record how an individual visit moved through the site. Like the advertising tags below, it does not load at all until you press Accept.

We also use advertising tags from Meta and Google so we can show our ads to people who have visited this site, and to record when a quote request comes from an ad. These do set cookies and can be used to build an advertising profile.

Nothing advertising related loads until you allow it. The first time you visit we ask, and until you press Accept those scripts are never fetched at all. Press Reject and they never load. You can change your answer at any time through the Cookie choices link at the bottom of any page.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a rejection automatically and do not ask.

Our order form is embedded from LeadConnector and may set cookies it needs to function once you interact with it. Those cookies are the provider's, not ours.

Our pages also load their typeface from Google Fonts. To serve a font, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.

Your browser settings allow you to control or block cookies at any time.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Reject the advertising cookies, or use the Cookie choices link at the bottom of any page, and we honor Global Privacy Control automatically.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, for example by confirming details associated with your order or message. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized to act for you.

Data retention and security

We keep order records, artwork, and contact information for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward so we can reproduce a reorder, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner, other than records we are required to keep for tax and accounting. We take reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This is a business to business service and is not directed at children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
