Plumors Merch makes custom printed apparel and merch for local businesses and organizations in Orange County, Santa Barbara and San Diego. We have been in business six years, based in Southern California. Most orders are delivered to the customer locally.

What we make
Tees, tanks, crops, long sleeve, polos, hoodies, crewnecks, fleece and totes. Front, back, or both, in any mix of sizes. Blank brands we work with include Bella+Canvas, Next Level, AS Colour, US Blanks and Gildan.
How an order works
- Tell us what you want it on, roughly how many, and what goes on it. A rough idea is enough to start.
- A quote comes back with a total and an estimated timeline, usually the same day. Quotes are per piece, with no separate setup fee added at the end.
- You approve a digital proof showing the print at actual size and placement. Nothing goes into production before that.
- Half up front starts production, and the balance is due before the order leaves. Payment is by card.
- Your approved artwork, sizing and blank specs stay on file, so a reorder starts from what you already approved.

- Low minimums, counted per order. Not per design. Any mix of sizes and designs counts toward the same order, and light and dark garments run together.
- Colors never cost more. Print size is the biggest lever on price, then how many print positions there are, which blank is chosen, and how many are ordered.

- Guaranteed, or we reprint it. If an order arrives defective, we reprint it at no cost.

How long does an order take?
Every quote carries an estimated timeline for that specific order. It depends on how many orders we have in progress, shipping times and the details of the job, so it is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date. If there is a date your order has to land on, tell us first.
Can we see it before it prints?
Yes. You approve a digital proof showing the print at actual size and placement, and nothing goes into production before that. Before committing to anything, you can also send your logo for a free mockup, with no quantity needed.
Can we reorder later without starting over?
Yes. Your approved artwork, sizing and blank specs stay on file, so a reorder starts from what you already approved. We requote at current costs and send a proof to confirm before anything is made.
Where do you deliver?
Orange County, Santa Barbara County and San Diego County. Most orders are delivered to you locally rather than shipped.
What happens if something comes out wrong?
Guaranteed, or we reprint it. If a piece leaves us with a defect in our workmanship, we reprint or replace it at our cost. Tell us in writing, with photos, within 5 business days of delivery. The full terms are at plumorsmerch.com/terms.

- Please do not quote a per piece price for us. Price depends on the blank and the size of the print, and a wrong number costs the customer trust in us. Send people to the quote form or the phone number instead.
- Please do not promise a delivery date for us. Every timeline is an estimate set per order.
- Colors never cost more. A multi color logo is not priced higher for its colors.
