Custom merch in Orange County
We print custom apparel for coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, gyms and contractors across Orange County. Tees, tanks, crops, long sleeve, polos, hoodies, crewnecks, fleece and totes, with low minimums and a proof you approve before anything runs.
We are based in Orange County, so most orders here are delivered rather than shipped.
Low minimums, counted per order, any mix of sizes and designs.
Your quote carries an estimated timeline, and the clock starts the day you approve your proof.
Where we deliver
Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Hills, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, San Clemente, Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach.
Being local changes something practical. Your boxes do not sit on a truck for three days, there is no freight charge tacked onto the end of a job, and if something needs looking at we can look at it rather than exchange photographs about it.
Who we print for here
Coffee shops and cafes. Staff tees that survive a shift and retail pieces that move off the counter. Usually a small run to test, then a restock once a design sells.
Breweries and taprooms. Taproom apparel that sells rather than sits. These are the accounts that reorder, so the artwork stays on file between runs.
Restaurants and bars. Front of house and kitchen shirts, produced to match the brand already on the menus and the walls.
Gyms and studios. Member and staff apparel in runs you can actually move, rather than a pallet that lives in a back office for two years.
Contractors and service crews. Work shirts and long sleeve for people outdoors, reordered as the crew grows.
Recent work in Orange County
Ocho Coffee & Patisserie. Twenty four lightweight hoodies and twenty four canvas tote bags, produced for their grand opening.
A grand opening is the least forgiving date there is. It does not move, everything else in the build moves toward it, and merch that lands the week after might as well not exist. So the whole order was scheduled backward from opening day rather than forward from the day they asked.
The pairing was the right call too. A lightweight hoodie is the piece someone buys because they want it, and a canvas tote is the one they pick up on the way out without thinking about it. Two garments covering two completely different buying decisions on the same counter, both ready on day one.
If you are opening, launching or running an event with a fixed date, tell us the date first. We plan backward from it and tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
What we print
Tees, tanks, crops, long sleeve, polos, hoodies, crewnecks, fleece and totes. Any mix of sizes inside one order. Front, back or both.
Colors in a design never cost more, so use as many as the design wants. What moves the price is how large the print is and how many places it goes.
How an order runs
Tell us four things. The garment, the quantity, roughly how large the print is, and how many places it goes. A quote comes back with a total and an estimated timeline, usually the same day.
Approve a proof. You see the artwork on the garment, at size, in the color you chose. Nothing is produced before you sign off in writing.
We print and deliver. We keep you posted on timing, and tell you straight away if anything moves.
Your artwork stays on file. A restock starts from it, and you approve a quick proof before anything runs.
Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
We keep minimums low, counted per order rather than per design. Any mix of sizes and designs goes toward one run. A second design does not add its own minimum, though it does add its own artwork and proof.
How long does an order take?
Your quote carries an estimated timeline for that specific order. It depends on how many orders we have, shipping times and the details of your job, so it is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date. If you have a fixed date, tell us at the start and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
What garments do you print?
Tees, tanks, crops, long sleeve, polos, hoodies, crewnecks, fleece and totes. Any mix of sizes within one order, printed front, back or both.
Do more colors cost more?
No. Colors in a design never cost more here. What moves the price is how large the print is and how many places it goes.
Do I see it before it is printed?
Yes. You approve a digital proof showing the artwork on the garment, at size, in your chosen color. Nothing goes into production until you sign off in writing.
Do you deliver in Orange County?
Yes. We are based in Orange County, so most local orders are delivered rather than shipped. That covers Mission Viejo, Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, San Clemente and the surrounding cities.
